We bring all the knives and equipment, set up our sushi bar in your kitchen, and leave everything as we found it.
We start the day early, visiting the local market to handpick the freshest fish and finest ingredients for your experience.
Before the evening begins, we carefully prepare and organize every ingredient. This is also when we make our shari — the perfectly seasoned sushi rice at the heart of every piece.
We arrive with everything we need, set the table and prepare our sushi counter. Once everything is in place, we begin preparing your menu.
We serve each piece at a time, starting with the appetizers and moving through our Suribachi tasting menu. Along the way, we share the techniques, stories and inspiration behind each creation and the fish we've carefully selected.
Once the experience comes to an end, we clean up and leave everything just as we found it — so you can simply enjoy the rest of your evening.
