The Sushi à Mesa private chef service includes the fees for the chef and assistant, travel within a 15 km radius of the city centres of Aveiro, Coimbra, Leiria, Marinha Grande or Figueira da Foz, all necessary service equipment and setup (mise en place), fresh market-selected ingredients, and complete cleaning of the area used.
After submitting the pre-booking form, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability for your requested date.
The booking is confirmed once the quotation has been accepted and a 50% deposit of the total price has been paid.
The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before the event, all payments made in advance will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the full agreed amount will be charged.
The same conditions apply to partial cancellations, including the non-attendance of previously confirmed guests.
